[For course reservations] 100% of the course fee (per person) will be charged from 22:00 on the day before your visit.
[For reservations for seats only] A fee of 2,000 yen (per person) will be charged for reservations made after 4 PM on the day of your visit.
The cancellation fee for reservations that only include seating is 2000 yen per person.
For reservations for seats only, there is no cancellation fee if you contact us between 1 PM on the day of your reservation and our opening time [5 PM on weekdays, 4 PM on weekends and holidays].(If the number of people decreases on the day, your seat may be changed, and you may be seated in a place that perfectly fits your needs.)Please understand.
Cancellations made on the day of the reservation will incur a 100% charge of the course fee.In the case of a no-show, 100% of the course fee will be charged.
Significant changes in the number of attendees (around 10 people) should ideally be made at least one week in advance, while changes of around 5 people should be made at least three days in advance.
