Tasuki uses the exquisite soup that we have been committed to since our founding. Large portions of offal and plenty of vegetables in one pot. Our special soup is made every morning by simmering maple leaves, pork bones, chicken bones, and over 10 kinds of vegetables for over 8 hours. It's packed with our restaurant's attention to detail! This year's flavors are available in four varieties: yuzu salt, soy sauce, miso, and salt. Come and enjoy our motsunabe, which rivals those served at famous restaurants in Tokyo. (We accept orders for two or more people.) This motsunabe is also a great main dish for banquets!
