Tasuki uses the best soup that they have been particular about since the establishment. Large pieces of offal and plenty of vegetables in one pot. The soup is made by simmering maple leaves, pork bones, chicken bones, and more than 10 kinds of vegetables for more than 8 hours every morning. It is packed with our particular attention to detail! This year's flavors are available in four types: [Yuzu salt, soy sauce, miso, and chige]. Please enjoy our motsunabe that rivals the famous restaurants in Tokyo. (We accept orders for two or more people.) This motsunabe is also the main dish for banquets!
